A new commercial campaign for Cox’ Smart WIFI, directed by the Deka Brothers.
The International Cinematographers Guild just named the 10 recipients of the Emerging Cinematographer Awards 2019, among them Geoff George for his work as director of photography on the Deka Brothers’ short film MY BLOOD.
The honorees will be recognized during an Oct. 6 ceremony at the Saban Media Center's Wolf Theatre.
The Emerging Cinematographer awards, open to any member of the guild who is not already classified as a director of photography, were created to give Local 600 members an opportunity to present themselves as directors of photography by submitting their short film.
In addition to their first screening, the films will go on to be seen at New York's SVA Theatre on Oct. 27, Atlanta's SCADSHOW on Nov. 3 and Chicago's Logan Theatre on the same date. They will then go on to international film festivals including Camerimage in Poland.

Opeth will release Garden of the Titans: Live at Red Rocks Amphitheatre on November 2nd via Moderbolaget Records / Nuclear Blast Entertainment. This historic event was captured for the DVD, Blu-Ray and Vinyl formats during their performance May 11th, 2017 at the Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Denver, CO. Both the DVDand Blu-ray formats include CDs containing the audio as well.
